Thistle & Leek is a gastropub in Newton, Massachusetts, founded in August of 2020 by chefs Kate and Trevor Smith. It fuses simple, lovingly crafted english pub food with elements of European cooking, and has a beautiful interior designed by local Boston furniture maker Dan Wallace, of Order of the Arrow Woodworking.
